About us

Why AE Roofing. And why it matters who's on your roof.

The problem

Oklahoma roofing has a trust problem.

Every spring, after the first confirmed hail event, the trucks show up. Out-of-state plates. Magnetic signs. Door-knockers with clipboards. They register LLCs with names like "Tulsa Roofing Pros" or "Oklahoma Storm Solutions" and start knocking before the ice melts in your yard.

They push for signatures on the first visit. They use Assignment of Benefits contracts that transfer your insurance rights to them. They inflate estimates, pocket the delta, subcontract the install to the cheapest crew they can find, and leave Oklahoma before the leaves change. Eight months later, the LLC is dissolved. The phone number is disconnected. Your warranty is a piece of paper attached to a company that no longer exists.

Some of them offer to "waive your deductible." That is insurance fraud under Oklahoma law. Some of them file lawsuits against your carrier on your behalf using the AOB you signed. That is how your premium doubles. None of them are here in February when the ice dam on your north slope starts leaking into the guest bedroom.

This is the anxiety every homeowner brings to this page. We know. We hear it on every call. And it is completely justified.

What we don't do

The short list of things we will never do.

×

We don't pressure-sell on the first visit. You get the inspection, you get the PDF, you get time to think.

×

We don't use Assignment of Benefits contracts. Your name stays on the claim. Your rights stay with you.

×

We don't use day labor. Every person on your roof is licensed and insured.

×

We don't inflate estimates to pocket the insurance delta. The scope is the scope. The quote is the quote.

×

We don't disappear after the deposit. Same phone number from your first call through your 24-month follow-up.

What we do instead

The AE Roofing playbook.

Six things that should be standard in this industry. They are not. So we list them here.
01

Licensed, insured crews on every job

Every installer, every tear-off worker, every cleanup person is licensed, insured, and held to AE Roofing standards. Not day labor. Not a temp. That is how warranties stay valid and workmanship stays consistent.

02

Daily progress photos

You get a text every evening with photos from the job site. What got done, what is next, and when the crew will be back. No guessing. No wondering.

03

Written itemized quotes

Materials by manufacturer, labor by line item, contingencies called out. Take it to another contractor and compare. We want you to.

04

Adjuster meeting on the roof

A AE Roofing project manager meets your insurance adjuster on the roof. Not in the driveway. On the roof. We walk every plane, point out every impact, and make sure nothing gets missed.

05

Warranty registered in your name

Manufacturer warranty filed within 14 days of install completion. Your name on the card. Your address on the coverage. Not ours.

06

Free follow-ups at 6 and 24 months

We come back. Twice. No charge. We check for any issues, re-inspect the flashings, and make sure everything is holding. Most roofers never come back. We do.

Local accountability

We live here. We roof here.

AE Roofing is headquartered in Tulsa. We were here before the storm. We will be here when your warranty kicks in. Our kids go to school here. We eat at the same restaurants, shop at the same stores, and sit in the same traffic on the BA Expressway.

If we do bad work, we see you at the grocery store. We see you at the baseball field. We see your review on Google. That is the accountability model that actually works. Not a warranty card from a company in another state. Not a customer service number that rings to a call center. A person you can find, in a city you both live in, who put their name on the work.

We do not need a hail event to stay in business. We roof Tulsa homes year-round: replacements, repairs, new construction, commercial flat roofs. The storm just makes the phone ring louder. And when the phone rings, the same crew that built your neighbor's roof in January shows up in June. That consistency is everything.

Call us. Ask hard questions.

We will give you straight answers. No sales pitch. No urgency except what the weather already created.

Ready when you are

The next storm
isn't waiting.

Whether your shingles are curling, your gutters are sagging, or you just want a second opinion before your insurer's deadline runs out, book the inspection. We don't charge for it, and we don't push for it.
