The difference between a W-2 job and chasing storms.

A lot of roofing work in Oklahoma is seasonal and transient. Companies hire crews for the spring storm season, pay 1099, and let people go when the volume drops. You do not know what your income looks like in November. You travel out of state. You're working for a company that has no stake in what happens to you.

AE Roofing works differently. We are based in Tulsa and run jobs here year-round. New construction, commercial projects, repairs, and replacements that happen in every season. We employ people directly, pay them weekly, and build their skills over time. If you want to advance from install to project management, we want to help make that happen.
