The initial application uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your score. You can apply at any point during the process, after your free inspection, when you have the quote, or before you have either. There is no obligation to proceed if you are approved.

Does applying for financing affect my credit score?
The initial application is a soft pull, which does not affect your credit score. If you are approved and proceed with a loan, the lender will do a hard pull at that stage. We'll walk you through the full process before anything is submitted.

Most decisions come back in under five minutes through our financing partners. You can apply before your inspection is complete or after you have the quote in hand. Either way, there is no obligation to proceed.
Can I finance a roof if I also have an insurance claim?
Yes. Insurance typically covers the scope of the damage. Financing is an option for your deductible, any upgrades you choose to make beyond the insurance scope, or jobs where insurance is not involved. We can help you figure out which portion makes sense to finance.
