Foam inserts: Fill the gutter channel with porous foam. Water passes through. So does debris, which gets trapped in the foam and decomposes. Mold and moss grow in the foam. Gutters are harder to clean than before. Not recommended.
Large-opening screens: Stop big leaves. Let through everything else. A partial solution for homes with minimal tree coverage. For most Tulsa properties with mature trees, they are not adequate.
