Shingle replacement addresses specific slopes or sections where the shingles themselves are failing while the decking and structure remain sound. That is different from a full roof replacement, which tears off everything down to the decking. If your decking is solid and only one or two slopes have degraded shingles, shingle replacement is the more economical option. We assess slope by slope and tell you honestly which one applies.
